Pre match tension is starting to kick in. The only team news to have arrived recently is that Zenden is a doubt. This means that Harry Kewell could well start. Some might greet that with sighs but Kewell is a far superior player so I don't have a problem with it. Whoever is our best available XI should be picked in my view. Maldini remains a doubt for Milan so Kaladze may fill in again as he did in the last match.
Have a look at this flag that my mate Ron is bringing to Athens.
Enjoy the match, wherever you watch it. By the next post, five should have become six.

Hi Mal,
Thanks for your comments. Really do appreciate it. Yes! Carlitos coming to Anfield would definitely be something.
The more I think about it, the more I think he'd be a good fit for the team and the club. But I fear that we'll be outbid by Chelsea, Real or Juve.
Come on the mighty Reds !

Thanks for that anonymous. Took me a few minutes to spot the Liverbird in there.
Tis getting unbearable alright, always gonna be a nervous day but I find ignoring sky sports news and reading any more pre-match build up will get rid of a few nerves.
I'm going for 2-1 Pool.
Would be thrilled with 2-1 to us.
Nerves are really kicking in now. Not helped by the texts and mails from friends coupled with messages from my mate in Athens. Not getting much work done at all today. Only two hours to go then I can head home and go to the pub.
